Meet Dr. CHARLES HUSAINI

Charles Husaini, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Charles Husaini, a native of San Francisco, CA, graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his dental education, Dr. Charles served as the SCOPE Director of Chinatown Oral Health Projects and initiated the ongoing “Adopt-a-School in San Francisco’s Chinatown” project, aimed at improving oral health in a community with significant unmet dental care needs.
To further his expertise, Dr. Charles completed a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center in New York City, gaining substantial experience in dental trauma management and surgical procedures. Following three years of general dentistry practice in Oklahoma City, he was awarded Fellowship status by the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor bestowed upon only about 6% of dentists in the United States and Canada.
Dr. Charles then pursued advanced training at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his specialty Certificate in Endodontics. His research during this program focused on a novel variable for pre-surgical planning of apicoectomy surgeries.
An active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Endodontists, Dr. Charles is committed to continuing education as a cornerstone of high-quality dental care.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Charles enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, playing the violin, and engaging in volleyball.
